Good news - it’s easy, quick, and you can do it at any time.
How to Change Plan Managers
There are just two steps:

Contact your new Plan Manager
Get in touch with the Plan Manager you want to move to. They’ll help you sign up and guide you through the process. -
Cancel your current Plan Manager
Let your current Plan Manager know (usually in writing) that you want to end their services.-
They can’t refuse your request

You may need to follow the notice period in your Service Agreement

Do I Need to Explain Why I’m Changing?
No.
The NDIS is built on choice and control. You can change Plan Managers for any reason, or no reason at all.
How Long Does the Change Take?
This depends on the notice period in your current Service Agreement.

Your current Plan Manager continues paying invoices during this time

Once the notice period ends, your new Plan Manager takes over
Do I Have to Wait for a Plan Review?
No.
You can change Plan Managers at any time — you don’t need a plan review.
Does It Cost Anything to Change?
No.
There is no out-of-pocket cost to change NDIS Plan Managers.
Will My Supports Be Affected?
No.
